We got our venison canned on Saturday night. The jerky meat is in the freezer to wait until after Thanksgiving. Do you have a good recipe for jerky? Wanna share??
We too are cutting up deer and I'm so thankful to God that we have the meat to use this winter. He does provide! Have a great Thanksgiving Ang and family! Kim

I just got all our deer meat ground up, wrapped and come cubed up for the freezer on Thanksgiving. The cubes will be canned soon.
