Join us for a simple, basic cold-process soap making class. You will learn the best and cheapest places to shop for your ingredients and equipment. How to mix your lye safely. How to add essential oils/fragrances/herbs for some variety. How to color your soap with natural ingredients. And how to cut your soap in preparation for the curing process. These bars make wonderful Mother’s Day gifts as well as birthday, showers, and Christmas!

All these classes sound fantastic Ang! If only you were in Australia.... ( a gal can dream can't she). Maybe I should just have a go making my own soap again ( the first batch...well let's just say it was a disaster!!0

I wish I could be at this class, too, but we have a farm tour of people visiting our farm that day! I'm looking forward to seeing you at some of the others, though ;)
More and more folks want to make soap. Mine sells out constantly in our little farm store. Folks are so tired of spending money on stuff that HURTS their skin. Do you use your own pigs lard? I love it for our soaps
